LunaraNails uses only the information needed to provide the store, fulfill orders, operate Le Club and communicate with clients.
Information collected
Checkout details, shipping address and order data are collected to process and fulfill purchases. Stripe handles payment-card information; LunaraNails does not store raw card details.
Service providers
Stripe processes checkout, Brevo delivers transactional email, CJ Dropshipping may fulfill configured products, and hosting providers process the technical data required to operate the store.
Optional analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits, viewed pages, product interactions and checkout events so we can improve the store. Advertising storage and ad personalization are disabled. You can refuse analytics without affecting the store and change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
Le Club
Member email, points balance and first-order status are stored to operate the program. Marketing email requires consent and always includes an unsubscribe method.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting client care. Some order records must be retained for legal and accounting obligations.
