Terms of sale
These sample terms are provided as a launch-ready structure and should be reviewed by counsel for the company and jurisdictions that will operate LunaraNails.
Orders and payment
Orders are accepted when payment is confirmed through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel and refund an order when an item is unavailable, an address is invalid or fraud screening requires it.
Promotions
Le Club’s 20% benefit applies once to a member’s first order. The trio benefit applies to three eligible sets. Cart-level offers cannot be combined. Limited-edition compare-at prices reflect a genuine, time-bound capsule price.
Products
Screen color, handmade details and nail curvature may produce small visual differences. These variations are part of the design and do not affect wear.
Liability
Follow application and removal instructions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Lunara products are cosmetic accessories and are not medical devices.
