Worldwide tracked delivery
Tracked worldwide shipping is $8.95. Delivery is complimentary when you build a Trio or when the discounted merchandise subtotal reaches $60. Your complete delivery address is collected securely by Stripe. International delivery commonly takes 7–18 business days after dispatch.
Product availability
Most products ship worldwide. A small number of care products stocked only in the United States are automatically restricted to US delivery at Stripe Checkout. After payment, the current CJ warehouse and carrier route is selected from the address entered on Stripe; any supplier exception is flagged for manual review.
Size guarantee
If your first size is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange one complimentary exchange for the same design, subject to availability.
Returns
Unworn, unused sets in their original tray may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened adhesive products, worn nails and personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for seven business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact client care with your order number and photographs of the packaging.
